Sign in - Become a member

Sign InOn the left hand side of our web sites you find the membership sign in link. Simply click the link on the words "Sign in".

This will bring you to the Member Login page, where you can also create a new membership account.

How to open a new account

Choose the right membership account for your needs

We have 3 different membership classes

  • Personal Membership
  • Non-Profit Group Membership
  • Business Membership

Personal Membership

The Personal Membership is right for you if you want to publish as an individual. You can publish anything as long as it is not against our editorial guidelines as described in our Terms and Conditions. You can publish articles, news stories, events and create blogs.

The only limitation is that you mustn't advertise a business.

The Personal Membership is a free membership for local residents.

Non-Profit Group Membership

The Non-Profit Group Membership is right for you if you publish for a club, a charity, a school, a church or the local council, etc. Basically anything that is not for a comercial activity.

You can publish articles, news stories, events and create blogs.

The Non-Profit Group Membership is a free membership too.

Business Membership

The Business Membership is meant for businesses to publish their company details, a display ad, press releases and more. As a business member you pay a yearly membership fee. Any acitivity which is not non-profit belongs in the business membership category.

With your membership you help to develop the network of local comunity web sites and benefit from an inexpensive way to talk about your business to our online community.

The name you write into the field "Nickname" will be displayed together with your article. If you publish for a Non-Profit Group or a Business you might prefer to use your groups name or your business name.

Once you click the "Save changes" button our system sends you an email with further instructions. Please follow those instructions and confirm your email address.

Once you have opened your account, we send you an email to make sure that it was you opening an account.

You need to confirm your email address in order to be able to publish on our web sites. We made it easy for you to confirm your email address - just click the appropriate link (the first one) and your membership will be confirmed.

That's pretty much all for the sign up process.

From now on you can publish news, recipies, classified ads and events in the local diary you can even create your own blog.
